Social Emotional Coaching Intensive for Littles—aka “the Schmoo Crew”
2 month commitment • Rolling admission February-May • Twice per week • 4:00–5:15 PM • Central Berkeley • Ages 3-5
Designed for children ages 3–5, this group offers a nurturing, play-rich environment where littles can express big feelings safely, build resilient friendships, and practice social emotional skills. Our approach is rooted in attachment and polyvagal theory, and with deep interest in your child’s unique neurodevelopmental and sensory profile. The group also includes:
Weekly write-ups with observations, insights, and recommendations to try at home or share with your child’s school or caregivers
Two parent coaching sessions per month with Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Annabelle Potvin
A small cohort experience with inclusive, thoughtfully structured activities
Meet Annabelle
Annabelle Potvin believes that parent-child mental health is profound change work and lays the foundation for a just, joyous, and peaceful world. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 2021, Annabelle Potvin worked as an individual therapist for adults in the East Bay with a focus on trauma and perinatal issues. She now works as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, cares for her preschool-aged daughter, and offers social emotional support for parents and littles through Steady Start.
